She absolutely loved it! The only reason we had to take her out was that we moved areas and the daycare became a little far for a daily commute. My daughter still talks about Rising Pillars to this day and keeps asking me if she can go back. She specifically misses Ms Jessica and Ms Dinia :( The care she received while there was exceptional! I wish I could move back and have her go back to Rising Pillars😅Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Manika Shrivastava2024-06-14Since late last year, we've been bringing our child to Rising Pillars Daycare and have had such a positive experience. The place itself is warm and inviting, and all of the staff are wonderful. Even the teachers who don’t directly work with our child are exceptionally kind making him feel safe. Every teacher here has been exceptional, making it hard to name just a few in this review – they are all amazing. What has really touched our hearts is the consistent support we've received from the entire team. They are always ready to listen and help. Anytime we've had questions or concerns, the team has responded with honesty and transparency. Their policies clearly seem thoughtfully designed with both the kids and parents in mind. We couldn’t be happier with our experience here. Thank you, team- you are all the best!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Parneet Kaur2024-06-13My daughter had a wonderful experience. I would specially like to mention her teacher's Ms. Tristan and Ms. Cynthia who created activities and programs based on the children’s interest and followed children’s lead and improve their skills while they are having fun. They always showered love and care to my daughter and she still remembers them. Thank you! ❣️Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Maharshi Bhatt2024-05-15We had an amazing Journey with Rising Pillars for both kids. The staff are friendly and caring. I Highly recommend this place.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.M S2024-04-16My 3- year old initially adjusted well to this daycare, expressing enthusiasm about the wonderful teachers. However, I began to notice behavioral changes at home. Worried, I raised my concerns with the coordinator, who assured me that everything was fine with no complaints from either side. To my surprise, my child eventually refused to go to daycare, expressing fear and crying inconsolably. After a significant emotional breakdown,my child detailed an incident where someone had spanked him severely. The level of detail shared made it implausible for a 3 year old to fabricate such a story. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, the daycare failed to address the issue appropriately. Instead of investigating and prioritizing the safety of the children, the coordinator denied any wrongdoing. Consequently, I have removed my child from this daycare and will not be returning. I strongly believe that open communication and honesty between the center and parents could have improved the situation. Daycares are not what they portray to the parents, and you cannot trust them to be completely transparent with you. Parents, please remain vigilant and value your children’s communication. You are their haven, and it is crucial to believe them if they express feeling abused or threatened. 4/16/2024 I could not respond to the comments made by Rising Pillars, so I am writing the reply in the same review. Unfortunately, you call raising concerns about my child as harassment towards your educators. It is pretty clear that his teachers were absolute delight and he loved them. My perception of the situation does not matter if the Daycare Center is kind to the young ones. Regardless, I am glad to know that the educator responsible for hitting him was removed from the childcare. Please note that I do respect the education system and the amount of care put into setting up these centers.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Harsatbir Singh2023-08-04Recently I came from Australia with my family and thought to drop off my little one for a day care. I am very impressed with the staff and the facility they have. I highly recommend ‘Rising Pillars’ if you are considering child care.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Meg Johnson2023-08-04We love Rising Pillars for our 14 month old. Ms Tristian is a phenomenal ECE. The space is bright, clean and we can tell our daughter feels loved and cared for her. Ms Nicole has been easy to work with and organized in confirming care and fees. The fees before subsidy or grant are cheaper than a day care that provides lunch. I do think the current fees we signed on at July 2023 are typical and fair and not taking advantage.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.gurjot singh Dhillon2023-07-14My daughter start going from last few weeks. I can see the difference, she is learning the basics. She loved the place and her educator. She is going part times but wants to go everyday. Thanks to the caring staff.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Luke K2023-07-14The facility and program are decent, but to charge $1500 *after subsidy* and not to even include food is purely just milking the system and unfair to parents.
